Celeb Restaurant Show Official Casting Application

Below please find instructions on how to apply to the new Celeb Restaurant Show. All participants must provide the following documents and materials when submitting your Participant Application. Failure to do so will result in delaying the processing of your Participant Application and/or may result in eliminating you from further consideration. No materials will be returned. Participants will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their application for any option of entry set forth below.

To apply, please submit the following:

  1. A Completed Casting Application
  2. Signed Release. Click here to download. Please sign and upload where instructed below.
  3. A photo of you.

  1. You must be at least 21 years of age as of the date hereof.
  1. You must be a legal resident of the United States.
  1. You must own the restaurant you are submitting for consideration (the “Restaurant”) and, if there are multiple owners, you must obtain the written consent of all other owners of the Restaurant to participate in the Program (if any).
  1. You must not be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until one (1) year after the initial exhibition of the final episode of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant for the Program.
  1. Neither you nor your immediate family members (spouse, ex-spouse, parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, step-children) or household members (whether or not related) is or has been, within the past year, an employee, officer or director of:


  1. Producer, its licensees, assigns, parents, or affiliated or subsidiary companies, or any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof;
  2. American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (“Network”), any television station owned or operated by the Network, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or related entities;
  3. Any known major sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or
  4. Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program.


  1. You may not have been convicted of a felony.
  1. You will need to be available for the production dates (to be determined by Producer).
  1. If you are selected as a potential participant, you must execute waivers and release agreements, including, but not limited to a Participant Agreement and other agreement(s) as required by the Producer or Network or any of their licensees, successors or assigns.
  1. Any offer to become a participant may be conditioned upon your submission to a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.

You understand and agree that Producer has the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility and that Producer reserves the right to change any of the eligibility requirements at any time.
